The Youth Experiencing Program has two grants that address youth experiencing homelessness in the Northwest Suburbs

Both grants serve youth (18-24 years of age) who do not have stable housing.

We assist clients to obtain an apartment, either through Transitional Housing or Rapid Re-Housing

Both grants use a housing first model and as part of the program, clients have access to life skills training, case management, and education and/or employment support services.
